• Assist with invoicing queries, price corrections and updates.
• Accountable for the appointed cost reductions/ cost avoidance, supplier management, planning & supply chain improvement projects or initiatives.

- Must have good working knowledge and hands on experience in using ERP systems.

RLC Engineering Group is a world class provider of components & services to the Aerospace industry. Located on the Isle of Man, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support our CNC machining division.
The suitable candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of defining and delivering efficient CNC machining processes for a wide range of 2 thru to 5axis work centres. Strong fundamentals in CAD, CAD/CAM and CNC programming are required.
We are seeking a person with a “can do” attitude who will work as part of a team with minimal supervision to deliver world class results. You will be an integral part of an engineering team that defines and implements efficient defect free processes for new and existing product lines that are conducive with current aerospace manufacturing techniques.

We are recruiting for skilled Inspectors across all shifts including, days, nights and weekend days.
Reporting to the Value Stream Manager/Quality Engineer, the Skilled Inspector will be responsible for ensuring all Delivered parts have been Manufactured, Processed, Inspected, Packed & Released in accordance with all Customer, Ext.Body Accreditation (AS9100) and Internal Requirements and are 100% Conforming .
Main Duties
• Interpretation of Blueprints and Inspection of complex Aerospace components using 1st Principles, Inspection Equipment and CMMs
• Prove out of new product and pass off prior to batch production including correlation of CMM results by independent means.
• Running of CMMs and interpretation of results.
• Completion of FAI reports to AS9100 requirements using Visual FAI software.
• Completion of MSA /R & R studies and interpretation of results.
• Creation of QAD documents defining in process checks to operational staff.
• Calibration of product tooling as required.
• Visual Inspection of Product to Customer Drawings and Standard Work Instruction including setting of visual standards.
• Maintenance and correlation of all related paperwork ensuring traceability is maintained.
