Multi Axis CNC Milling

The RLC Engineering Group boasts an extensive milling capability within its three group companies. With a working envelope of up to 79 inches (2000mm) by 59 inches (1500mm), and a wide range of 3, 4 and 5 axis machining spindles featuring both high power and high speed (up to 30,000 rpm), RLC have the capability to cater for the specialist needs of the aerospace iIndustry.

Several machines have multi (up to 5) spindle capacity.

CNC Turning / Turn Mill

We have an extensive range of CNC twin turret, twin spindle turning centres with milling capability. All are fully programmable with power tool take off, sliding heads and synchronised spindles for rear end working, which greatly reduces machining times, enabling many parts to be completed in one operation.

Details can be turned up to 110mm, 1500mm in length and rotational swing up to a maximum of 300mm.
