Corporate Governance

RLC Group is a privately owned company but elects to embrace PLC standards of corporate governance.




We have assessed the relevance of the guidelines set out in the UK Corporate Governance Code and the Corporate Governance Guidance and Principles for Unlisted Companies published by the Institute of Directors and have adopted these where relevant to our business and structure. We have elected to do this, so that the highest of standards of governance are at the heart of everything we do.

We are proud that we are able to offer customers the responsiveness of a private company which has the ability to respond to customer needs with agility whilst responding with appropriate procedures.

The Boards

In line with accepted principles of good governance, we endeavour to maintain a balance of skills and experience on the boards of the RLC Group companies with strong, independent non-executive director representation.

Committed to maintaining the service you would expect from a privately owned company the Chairman and board are accessible to the business at all times. This allows us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors.
